SHARE/NCTCOG cooperative contracts, are procured pursuant to Chapter 791 of the Texas Local Government Code, and Uniform Guidance 2 CFR 200. There is absolutely NO cost associated with membership or use of TXShare contracts.  Once executed there is no need to renew or execute a new agreement when utilizing ANY of our TXShare awarded contracts.

#3 Begin purchasing from all of our available and associated contracts!

Once your executed ILA is sent back to you (usually within 1 business day) with NCTCOG signatures, you are welcome to begin purchasing using the TXShare or Sourcewell Associtated contracts!
